Guided Mediation Series

Description: Opens with a discussion about a pranayama (a breath technique) followed by experiencing the breath technique discussed. A short series of movements to get your body ready to lay down as comfortably as possible, using blanets and props to support the body. A 15-20 minute guided meditation aimed at quieting the mind and relaxing the body to relieve stress. Closes with a sound healing of sound bowls, gong, and chimes.

A great way to deepen your understanding of pranayama and its benefits to your body and mind complex. As well as letting go of dis-ease and stress in the body.
