Join us for a FREE event!
Meet at the amphitheater at Green Valley Park.
We will start with a short yoga warm up, moving through a series of standing poses to loosen muscles. Followed by a walk around the park trails.
Walk at your pace for up to 30min, while we play music to get you moving. Or maybe you decide to sit and chat with friends during this time. Or maybe have a dance party!
We will meet back at the amphitheater for a short cool down and mindfulness experience.
